| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃泌素、生长抑素、表皮生长因子及炎性细胞因子与大鼠慢性胃炎(CG)的关系.方法:复制大鼠慢性胃炎模型,采用ELISA法测定大鼠血清表皮生长因子、胃泌素、生长抑素及IL-2、IL-4和TNF-α的变化.结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠血清胃泌素和表皮生长因子均显著增高,有显著性差异(P＜0.01).生长抑素无显著... |

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the relationship between epidermal growth factor（EGF）,gastrin,somatostatin and inflammatory cytokines and chronic gastritis（CG） in rats.Methods： Rats model of chronic gastritis were established,EGF,gastrin,somatostatin,IL-2,IL-4 and TNF-α from blood of CG model rats were measured by ELISA.Results： EGF,gastrin,IL-2 and TNF-α in model group were higher than those in normal control group.IL-4 was lower than those in normal control group,and there was no difference in somatostatin of normal model groups （P~〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions.- and inflammatory cytokines in blood of CG model rats are correlated with CG perimental evidence for diagnosis and treatment of CG. EGF, gastrin, somatostatin , which provides a certain experimental evidence for diagnosis and treatment of CG. |
