人性化管理在门诊护理管理中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨人性化管理在门诊护理管理中的应用.方法:本着一切从人出发的管理理念,把各种人性化的管理方法贯穿于护理管理的每个环节中.结果:患者满意度和护士工作满意度均有显著提高,基础护理、危重特级护理和护理文书达标率显著上升,护理安全事故发生率显著下降.结论:人性化管理可以不断地提高医院门诊护理工作的服务质量.

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the application of humanization management in the outpatient care management.Methods: Based on humanization concept,humanization management was applied in every aspect of nursing management.Results: The satisfaction of both patients and nurses were improved.The standard-reaching rates of basic nursing,emergence nursing and nursing documents were increased,while the incidence rate of nursing accident was decreased.Conclusions: humanization management can improve servicequality of outpatient care management.
