| 摘 要： | 目的了解掌握浙江省居民的健康素养状况,建立浙江省居民健康素养监测指标体系及监测网络。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法在浙江省12个监测点调查15~69周岁5114人,以入户调查的方式进行健康素养调查。结果浙江省居民具备健康素养的总体水平为8.45%,具备基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为素养、基本技能素养的比例分别为17.70%、9.25%和27.00%,具备5类健康问题的素养比例为:科学健康观33.90%、安全与急救素养26.90%、传染病预防素养19.50%、基本医疗素养10.00%、慢性病预防素养5.46%。文化程度越高的居民具备健康素养的比例也越高。结论浙江省居民的健康素养水平较低,需要持续开展居民健康素养监测,并开展有针对性的健康素养干预活动。
