| 摘 要： | 以国际医疗质量指标体系为基础,对我国目前医疗质量评价指标进行分析,发现目前我国所使用的医疗质量评价指标存在诸多问题：如诊断质量指标缺乏特异性已经不能真实反映医疗质量水平;治疗质量指标由于指标定义不够明确,同级医院之间缺乏可比性等问题,对此提出了改进医疗质量评价指标的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the International Quality Indicator Project （IQIP）, we analyzed the current medical quality evaluate indicators in China, found some problems in our existing medical quality evaluate indicators, such as the diagnosis and treatment quality indicator could not reflect the true level of medical practice quality, lacking of special characters; treatment quality indicator among the same level hospitals are not the same, due to the uncalculated definition of the indicator. The author put forward some suggestions to resolve all these problems. |
