综合医院精神科护士心理健康状况调查

目的探讨精神科护士的心理健康状况及影响因素，为提高精神科护士的心理健康水平提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表对西京医院精神科42名护士进行调查，并与全国常模进行比较。结果精神科护士症状自评量表总分、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、躯体化、恐怖、偏执、敌对因子分均显著高于全国成人常模（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论综合医院精神科护士心理健康状况较差，需要医院管理阶层给予更多的关注。

Analyses of mental health status of psychiatric nurses at general hospital

Objective To understand the mental health status of psychiatric nurses at general hospital. Methods Investigations were conducted with Symptom Checklist-90 in 42 psychiatric nurses Xijing hospital and compared with national norm. Results Psychiatry nurses had varying degrees of problems, of them the most common were anxiety,depression,coercion,interpersonal relation and hostility,and had significant difference from national norm(P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion The mental health condition of psychiatric nurses at general hospital is worse and needs more concern from hospital administration strata.
