胃痛汤治疗消化性溃疡54例疗效观察

目的观察胃痛汤治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效.方法将108例观察对象随机分为2组,每组各54例.治疗组应用胃病汤(救必应、穿心莲、肉蔻仁、党参、白术、淮山、法夏、延胡、瓦楞子、砂仁、炙甘草、大枣),对照组应用盐酸雷尼替丁加吗丁啉进行治疗.两组均以30天为1疗程.观察临床症状的改善及胃镜检查判断疗效.结果 2组临床症状均有明显改善,除嗳气、黑便外,治疗组其他症状的改善优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).2组胃镜下胃粘膜改善情况总有效率治疗组为94.4%,对照组为70.3%.2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论胃痛汤治疗消化性溃疡是有效方剂之一.

Therapeutic Effect of Weitong Decoction on Digestive Ulcer

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of weitong decoction on digestive ulcer. 108 patients with digestive ulcer were randomly divided into two groups. 54 patients in treatment group were treated with Weitong decoction (Ilex rotunda Rhun,Herba Andrographis, Semen Myristicae, Radix Codonopsis,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum, Rhizoma lorydalis bulbosa, Concha Arcae, Fructus Amomi, Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, Fructus Jujubae) for 30 days. The other patients in control group were treated with Ranitidine Hydrochloride and domperidone for 30 days. The therapeutic effect were judged by observing the improvement of clinical Symptoms and gastroscope examination. The clinical symptoms of patients in two groups were obviously improved. Except for against gas and black stool, the improved clinical symptoms in treatment group were better than those in control group(P<<0.05). The total effective rate of improving gastric mucosa were 94.4% for Weitong decoction group and 70.3% for control group, which existed a significant difference (P<0.05). [Conclusion]Weitong decoction is one of effective medicines for digestive ulcer.
