亚低温治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效观察

目的 观察亚低温疗法治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效.方法 将84例脑出血患者分为亚低温治疗组和对照组,每组42人.治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用亚低温治疗,对照组为单纯常规药物和物理以及药物降温治疗,观察治疗后2周和4周时的临床疗效.结果 治疗组神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治愈率和有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 应用亚低温治疗可改善急性脑出血患者神经功能缺损功能,降低病死率和致残率.

Clinical observation of the effect of the moderate hypothermia treatment on acute cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To observe the effect of the moderate hypothermia therapy on acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 84 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups, moderate hypothermia group(42 cases) and control group(42 cases). Regular treatment was used in each groups. All cases in the moderate hypothermia group were treated by moderate hypothermia no more than 24 hours after attack. The clinical effect and prognosis of the both groups were contrasted in 2 weeks and 4 weeks. Results The level of neurological deficit scores(NDS) in moderate hypothermia group were better significantly than control group(P<0.05). The ratio of cure and efficiency in moderate hypothermia group were better than in control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Moderate hypothermia therapy can ease the neurological impairment after acute cerebral hemorrhage, and significantly decreased mortality and disable rate of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients.
