氧化应激与2型糖尿病的关系及α硫辛酸的应用

2型糖尿病时,活性氧簇产生增加,自由基的产生促使凋亡因子释放,导致β细胞凋亡,胰岛素分泌能力下降;同时线粒体活性氧簇的产生增加会使作用于靶组织骨骼肌的胰岛素信号通路受阻,葡萄糖转运子-4的表达减少,导致胰岛素抵抗。α-硫辛酸可以抑制氧化应激,阻断β细胞凋亡,改善胰岛素敏感性,对2型糖尿病具有一定的治疗作用。

The Effect of Oxidative Stress in Type 2 Diabetes and Application of α-lipoic

Mitochondrial reactive oxygen species (ROS) is increased in type 2 diabetes.The production of free radical leads to the release of apoptosis factors,which can result in apopatosis of islet beta cells and breakdown of insulin secretion function.At the same time,the increasing ROS in mitochondrion can block the signal passway of insulin on skeletal muscle and lead to reduction of express glucose transport –4,which result in insulin resistance.Antioxidant alpha lipoic acid could attenuate mitochondrial oxidative damage,which is able to inhibit βcell apoptosis and improve insulin sensitivity,In brief,α-LA have good therapeutic effectives in type 2 diabetes.
