摘    要:目的对比切开复位与撬拨复位在跟骨骨折治疗中的应用效果,探讨其临床适用性。方法43例跟骨骨折患者随机分为观察组23例和对照组20例,对照组采用撬拨复位方法治疗,观察组通过切开复位方法治疗。比较两组患者术后并发症情况及术后6个月患足功能改善情况。结果两组患者术后均治疗有效,两组术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);但6个月后比较,观察组患者优良率高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论切开复位在治疗过程中未增加不良反应,且可收到更好的远期疗效。

Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical effects of open reduction and pry pull reset in the treatment of calcaneal frac- tures. Methods Forty-three patients with calcaneal fractures were randomly divided into observation group (23 patients)and control group( 20 patients). The patients in the control group received the open reduction treatment while the patients in the observation group received the pry pull reset treatment. Then the postoperative complications and the postoperative function situation of affected foot after six months were compared. Results There were curative effects for the patients in both groups. There was no statistical significance in the postoperative complications between the two groups( P 〉 0. 05). After six months, the excellence rate of the patients in the obser- vation group was higher than that of the patients in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Open reduction treatment which has not any obvious adverse reactions can gain better long-term curative effects.
