经椎弓根植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折48例临床效果观察

目的探讨经椎弓根植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的临床效果。方法分析在我院诊断并采用经椎弓根植骨治疗的胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者48例的临床资料。损伤节段：T1 12例，T2 29例，L1 17例，L2 11例，L3 4例，L4 5例。受伤至手术时间4～15d，均为爆裂性骨折。所有患者术前、术后及随访时影像学资料完整。结果患者术后伤椎前后缘压缩率、脊柱后凸Cobb角、椎管狭窄程度、上下终板成角均优于术前（P〈0．01）。结论经椎弓根植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折临床效果佳，稳定性良好，值得临床推广应用。

Observation of transpedicular bone grafting in the treatment of 48 patients with thoracolumbar burst fractures

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of transpedicular bone grafting in the treatment of patients with thora- columbar burst fractures. Methods Forty-eight patients with thoracolumbar burst factures were diagnosed in our hospital. The damage S-T segment S-T：12 patients with T1 ,29 with T2 ,17 with L1 ,11 with L2 ,4 with L3 ,5 with L4. The interval from injury to operation for the patients with burst fractures was from 4 to 15 days. All the imaging data of the patients before or after operation and follow-up were kept complete. Results All the indexes of the patients including before and after the margin packing rate, kyphosis Cobb angle, spinal stenosis, upper and lower endplate angulation were better than those of the patients before operation （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The transpedieular bone grafting in the treatment of patients with thoracolumbar burst fractures with satisfactory effects and good stability is worthy of promotion and clinical applications.
