母血及脐血中血清蛋白指标水平与胎儿宫内生长受限的关系

目的探讨母血及脐血中血清蛋白指标水平与胎儿宫内生长受限的关系。方法选择门诊及病房收治的胎儿宫内生长受限产妇30例为观察组,胎儿体重正常的产妇30例为对照组,检测母血和脐血中血清蛋白指标水平,并分析其与胎儿宫内生长受限的关系。结果观察组母血、脐血中白蛋白(sALB)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、前白蛋白(PA)和转铁蛋白(TRF)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论母血及脐血中血清蛋白指标水平对预测母亲、胎儿营养状况有重要意义。

Mother blood in the umbilical cord blood and serum protein indicators and correalation with fetal intrauterine growth limita- tion

Objective To investigate the correation between mother blood and the umbilical cord blood serum protein indica- tors and fetal intrauterine growth limitation. Methods Thirty puerperants with fetal intrauterine growth limited （FGR） from the outpa- tient department and the wards were studied as the observation group and 30 females with normal fetal weight as control group. The mother blood and umbilical cord blood serum protein were detected and their relation with the fetal growth and development were ana- lyzed. Results Indexes of mother blood, sALB, retinol binding protein RBP,prealbumin PA and transferrin TRF level of the observa- tion group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 or 0. 01）. Conclusion Mother blood and the umbilical cord blood serum protein indicators are valuable in predicting the mother-fetus nutrition.
