临床护理路径在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的应用效果研究

目的探讨临床护理路径在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）心绞痛患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取在我院心内科住院治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例。对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组采用临床护理路径进行护理。结果与对照组相比，观察组住院时间、住院费用明显下降（P〈0．01），并发症发生率显著降低（P〈0．01）。结论对冠心病心绞痛患者依据临床护理路径进行护理，可明显提高护理工作效率和质量。

Application effects of clinical nursing path for patients with angina pectoris

Objective To investigate the application effects of the clinical nursing path for patients with angina pectoris. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with angina pectoris in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital in recent years were selected and randomly divided into two groups, in which the patients in the control group（ n = 60） were given conventional nursing in- tervention,while the patients in the observation group （ n = 60） were given clinical nursing path. Results Compared with the patients in the control group, the hospital stay time of the patients in the observation group was significantly shorter, and the hospitalization cost was significantly reduced（ P 〈 0.01 ）, the complication incidence was also significantly reduced（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Clinical nursing path in treatment of patienis with angina pectoris is an effective measure to raise care effectiveness.
