腹腔镜卵巢皮质撕开法剥除卵巢囊肿手术临床分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜卵巢皮质撕开法剥除卵巢囊肿手术的应用价值。方法:回顾分析125例B超示卵巢囊肿小于6 cm患者的手术时间、出血量及术后病率等。结果:腹腔镜卵巢皮质撕开法剥除小于6 cm的卵巢囊肿与开腹手术相比具有手术时间短,术中出血少,术后病率低等优点。结论:腹腔镜卵巢皮质撕开法剥除小于6 cm的卵巢囊肿,既能完整剥除肿瘤,又能保护卵巢组织,创伤小,康复快,安全适用。

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic ovarian cortex divulsion to remove ovarian cysts

Objective:The aim of this study was to discuss the value of laparoscopic ovarian cortex divulsion to remove ovarian cysts.Methods:The method was to observe the operation time,the amount of bleeding and the postoperative morbidity of 125 cases in which the diameter of ovarian cyst was less than 6cm proved by B mode ultrasound.Results:It was found that laparoscopic ovarian cortex divulsion to remove an ovarian cyst whose diameter was less than 6cm was superior to laparotomy as it shortened the operation time,reduced the amount of bleeding and decreased the postoperative morbidity.Conclusions:These results suggest that laparoscopic ovarian cortex divulsion to remove ovarian cysts whose diameter is less than 6cm can not only remove the ovarian cyst completely but also protect the ovarian tissue with minor trauma,quicker recovery.It can be used safely and applicably.
