36例2型糖尿病合并甲状腺功能减退症临床分析

目的:总结2型糖尿病合并甲状腺功能减退的临床特点和诊治经验,提高诊疗水平。方法:回顾性调查分析收治的2型糖尿病合并甲状腺功能减退症36例的临床资料。结果:2型糖尿病合并甲状腺功能减退症36例以原发性甲状腺功能减退症多见,多为亚临床甲状腺功能减退症,少数患者为中枢性甲状腺功能减退症,缺乏典型的糖尿病症状及甲状腺功能减退症的症状、体征。经降糖、甲状腺激素替代治疗、调脂等治疗后,全部患者甲状腺功能均恢复正常,无死亡病例发生。结论:2型糖尿病合并甲状腺功能减退症临床表现不典型,易漏诊、误诊,因此,在2型糖尿病患者中应当重视甲状腺功能异常的筛查和早期防治。

Clinical analysis of 36 cases of type 2 diabetes with hypothyroidism

Objective To summarize the clinical features,diagnosisi and treatment of type 2 diabetes with hypothyroidism,in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment.Method Retrospctive analysis was made on 36 cases of type 2 diabetes complicated with hypothyroidism in our hospital from January 2007 to January 2010.Results Most of type 2 diabetes with hypothyroidism were primary hypothyroidism and subclinical hypothyroidism.Minority patients were central hypothyroidism.After the treatment of reduce biood glucose,thyroid hormone replacement therapy and adjust blood fat,36 cases with thyroid function returned to normal,no case died.Conclusion Type 2 diabetes with hypothyroidism′s clinical symptom is untypical,easily missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis.The type 2 diabetes should attach importance to the thyroid dysfunction screening and early prevention and cure.
