| 摘 要： | 目的:介绍脑动脉瘤患者经股动脉造影的护理方法。方法:对14例经股动脉造影的脑动脉瘤患者实施术前、术中和术后的积极护理。结果:14例患者中除1例因术后再出血死亡外,其余13例均康复出院。结论:对经股动脉造影脑动脉瘤患者实施积极的术前、术中和术后护理是提高手术成功率、减少并发症发生率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce the nursing method of angiography through the femoral artery in bra in aneurysm patients.Method Total 14 brain aneurysm patients with angiography through the femoral artery r eceived positive preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing method. Results For 13 patients di scharged after rehabilitation except one died with hemorrhage again after operat ion.Conclusion The positi v e preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing method is important to elevate operation achievement ratio and reduce complication incidence in brain a neurysm patients with angiography through the femoral artery. |
