炎琥宁联合更昔洛韦治疗传染性单核细胞增多症临床观察

目的：观察炎琥宁联合更昔洛韦治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的临床疗效。方法：将70例患者按照随机原则分为治疗组35例和对照组35例,治疗组采用炎琥宁和更昔洛韦联合治疗,对照组单独使用更昔洛韦治疗,进行临床疗效对比观察。结果：治疗组的临床症状、体征消退,异型淋巴细胞消失;热退时间均明显少于对照组,疗效明显优于对照组,差异有显著意义（P〈0.05）。结论：炎琥宁联合更昔洛韦治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症可有效缩短退热时间,疗效显著,作用安全,值得临床推广应用。

YanHuNing combined ganciclovir Infectious mononucleosis clinical observation

Objective：To observe the YanHuNing combined ganciclovir treatment of children with Infectious mononucleosis in the clinical efficacy.Methods：70 patients were randomly assigned into treatment group 35 cases and the control group of 35 patients treated with andrographolide and ganciclovir combination therapy,the control group alone ganciclovir treatment,clinical observation on the effects.Results：The symptoms and signs subsided,atypical lymphocytes disappeared;heat out time were significantly less than the control group,were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：YanHuNing combined ganciclovir treatment of children with Infectious mononucleosis can effectively shorten the cooling time,a significant effect,the role of security,is worthy of clinical application.
