肺炎性块影的X线表现与鉴别（附92例分析）

目的：探讨肺炎性块影的Ｘ线表现及其它病变的Ｘ线鉴别。材料和方法：收集了９２例经手术，病理证实的肺炎性块影，并对其Ｘ线表现及病理改变进行了分析。结果：球形肺炎１８例（２０％），机化性肺炎１２例（１３％），炎性假瘤６２例（６７％），一般Ｘ线表现：炎性块影密度均匀，呈椭圆形或圆形，轻度分叶或局部凸出，也可表现为边缘清楚或部分模糊。结论：通过肺炎性块影的Ｘ线表现与病理改变的分析，进一步提高了诊断炎性块影的

The X-ray manifestations and differentiation of inflammmatory masses of lung(an analysis of 92 cases)

Objective:To investigate on the X-ray manifestations of inflammmatory masses of lung and X-ray differentiationof the other siseases.Materials and Methods:The X-ray appearance of inflammatory masses of lung and the pathological changes were analysed in 92 cses of inflammmatory masses of lung,which were confirmed by operation and pathology.Results:The sperical pneumonia 18 cases (20%),the organized pneumonia 12 cases (13%),the inflammmatory pseudotumor 62 cases (67%).The general X-ray manifestatins:the density of inflammmatory masses is homogeneous,ellipse or round,slight lobulated or local protuberated markedly,the blundary of inflammato ry masses may distinct or parial blur.Conclusion:After analysis of X-ray manifestations and the pathological changes of inflammatory masses of lung,further the correct of diagnoses of inflammatory masses of lung is improved.
