分析老年患者手术麻醉中芬太尼与瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉的应用效果

目的探讨老年患者手术麻醉中芬太尼与瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉的应用效果。方法随机将该院收治的106例老年手术患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用芬太尼麻醉,观察组采用瑞芬太尼麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果。结果两组患者插管后SBP以及DBP均有所升高,但是观察组患者的SBP和DBP变化高于对照组,HR两组变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的自主呼吸恢复时间为(9.4±2.9)min、苏醒时间(14.3±3.7)min,以及定向力恢复时间(14.6±5.7)min均少于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年患者手术麻醉中瑞芬太尼应用安全性高,恢复时间短,效果显著,值得临床推广使用。

Analysis of the Application Effect of Fentanyl and Remifentanil Intravenous Anesthesia in Elderly Patients

Objective To analyze the application effect of fentanyl and remifentanil intravenous anesthesia in elderly patients. Methods 106 elderly patients undergoing laparotomies in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group ran- domly. The observation group was given remifentanil anesthesia, while the control group was given fentanyl anesthesia. The anes- thetic effects of the groups were compared. Results SBP and DBP of the two groups increased after intubation, but changes of SBP and DBP of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. There was no statistically significant difference in changes of HR between the groups. The observation group＇s spontaneous breathing recovery time was （9.4±2.9）min, recovery time was （14.3±3.7） min, orientation recovery time was （14.6±5.7）min, all were shorter than those of the control group, and the differ- ences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Remifentanil Anesthesia in elderly patients has higher safety, shorter re- covery time and more significant effects, which is worthy of clinical application.
