培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗晚期复治乳腺癌的临床研究

目的探究培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗晚期复治乳腺癌的临床效果。方法将该院收治的60例晚期复治乳腺癌（全部为经蒽环类或紫杉类等药物化疗失败）病患作为研究对象,对他们行培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗,具体而言采用培美曲塞500mg/m2＋顺铂75mg/m2,行静脉滴注,治疗以21d为1个周期,至少应行2个周期的治疗。治疗结束2周后对病患进行疗效评定。结果该研究60例病患全部进行了疗效评价,其中有12例完全缓解,18例部分缓解,16例稳定,14例进展。其中总有效为30例（12＋18）,百分比为50.00%;临床控制则为46例（12＋18＋16）,百分比为76.67%。此外,病患中出现了一些不良反应,比如说疲乏、粒细胞减少、恶心呕吐及皮疹等。结论对于经蒽环类或紫杉类等药物化疗失败而晚期复治乳腺癌病患,采用培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗有着很好的疗效,除了提高病患的生存率,同时也能有效减少不良反应或提高其耐受度。临床上,若病患对多种化疗药物产生了耐药性,那么便可以尝试该研究提到的方法,即培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗,值得临床推广及应用。

Linical Study of Pemetrexed Combined with Cisplatin in the Treatment of Advanced Breast Cancer

Objective To study the clinical effect of pemetrexed combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. Methods This paper took 60 cases of advanced breast cancer patients （All had been treated by chemotherapy of anthracycline or taxane and other drugs, but the effect was not good.） admitted in our hospital from January, 2010 to May, 2012. The patients were given pemetrexed combined with cisplatin treatment, specifically, pemetrexed 500 mg/m2 and cisplatin 75 mg/m2 intravenously. The treatment should be at least two periods, each period was 21 days. Two weeks after the treatment, the efficacy was evaluated. Results The curative effects of all the patients were evaluated. Among 60 patients, 12 cases achieved complete remission, 18 cases obtained partial remission, 16 cases were stable and 14 cases were progressive. The total effective cases were 30 （12＋18） with total efficacy rate 50.00%; the clinical control cases were 46（12＋18＋16 ） with clinical control rate of was 76.67%. In addition, there are some adverse reactions in patients, such as fatigue, neutropenia, nausea and vomiting and rash. Conclusion Pemetrexed and cisplatin treatment had good curative effect to advanced breast cancer patients who had been treated by chemotherapy of anthracycline or taxane and other drugs, but the treatment was failed. It can not only improve the survival rate of the patients, but also effectively reduce the adverse reaction or improve the tolerance of the patients. Clinically, if patients develop resistance to a variety of chemotherapeutic drugs, then can try the method, namely, the combination of pemetrexed and cisplatin treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
