| 摘 要： | TRAP-PCR法是端粒酶检测的经典方法,在此基础上,对细胞裂解液成分、PCR等作了进一步的改进,改进后细胞裂解效率更高,而端粒酶的活性并没有受到影响,同时电泳条带更为清晰。

| Abstract: | TRAP-PCR method is a classic method for telomerase activity detection,based on which,this article ameliorates the component of cell lysis solution and PCR and so on.After the amelioration,the cell lysis efficiency rased higher,however,the activity of the telomerase was unaffected,the electrophoresis results would be sharper and clearer at the same time. |
