白斑颗粒的薄层色谱鉴别

摘    要:目的:建立白斑颗粒的质量控制标准.方法:采用薄层色谱法对白斑颗粒中何首乌、丹参、桃仁、赤芍进行定性鉴别.结果:在薄层层析色谱中均能检出何首乌、丹参、桃仁和赤芍.结论:方法简便、专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制.

Abstract:Objective: To establish the quality control standards for Baiban Granules. Methods: Radix polygoni multiflori, Radix salviae milti-orrhizae, Semen persicae and Radix Paeoniae rubra in Baiban Granules were identified by TLC. Results: Radix polygoni multiflori, Radix salviae miltiorrhizae, Semen persicae and Radix paeoniae rubra could be detected by TLC. Conclusion: This method is specficity, simple, accurate and available for quality control of the preparation.
