| 摘 要： | 本文检测了西宁和沱沱河两个海拔高度健康人血液气体及酸硷状态，提出了两地的正常参考值标准，并对各酸碱血气指标进行了评价。根据目前高原地区血气分析概念模糊、应用混乱的实际情况，作者结合文献资料深入探讨了高原地区血气酸碱的变化规律以及血气分析在高原地区的临床应用。

| Abstract: | The blood gases and acid-base states of the bealthy people living at two different levels of altitude(Xining and Tuotuo River)were measured. Author put forward the normal standards and valued the indices of the blood gas and scid-base at two different areas of altitude. According to the objective reality of hazy idea and confused application about blood gas and acid-base at high altitude at present,by refering to relative data,author probed into the changing rule and clinical application for blood gas and acid-base at altitude. |
