| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨pet法与Bobath法治疗脑性瘫痪(CP)的疗效。方法:将72例脑性瘫痪患儿随机分为观察组(采用pet法)和对照组(采用Bobath法治疗)。治疗前后进行分级评价。结果:两组在总体评分上无显著性差异,但在步行的建立及改善步态方面有无显著性差异(x~2=4.92,P<0.05)。结论:两种方法用于脑性瘫痪步行训练均有效,但pet法在轻症患儿步行建立及步态改善方面更占优势。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect about gait training of cerebral palsy treatment with Peto method and Bobath method respectively .Methods: 72 children with cerebral palsy were divided into two group and treated with pet6 method and Bobath method respectively . The effects were evaluated before and after the treatment. Results: The overall scores on motion function development were not significantly different between the two groups( P > 0.05) .However,there were significant differences in walking establishment and gait improvement in the two groups (x2 = 4.29, P < 0.05 ) . Conclusion: Both of the therapeutic methods are all effective in walk treating of children cerebral palsy. However, Pet6 is more effectual in walking establishment and gait improvement. |
