青海地区胃癌组织中耐药基因P-糖蛋白的表达及其意义

目的研究耐药基因P-糖蛋白(P-gp)在青海地区胃癌患者肿瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学链霉菌素-生物素法(S-P法),对56例胃癌组织进行P-gp检测,并与正常胃黏膜组织对比。结果P-gp在胃癌组织中的阳性表达明显高于正常胃组织(P<0.01),在低分化胃癌组织的阳性表达率明显高于高、中分化型胃癌组织(P<0.05)。P-gp阳性表达与胃癌浸润深度有明显关系(P<0.05)。结论P-gp表达与胃癌浸润深度、细胞分化程度有密切关系。

THE EXPRESSION OF DRUG TOLERENCE GENE P-GLYCOPROTEIN IN GASTRIC CANCER IN QINGHAI PROVINCE AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE

Objective To investigate the expression of drug tolerance gene P-glycoprotein(P-gp) in gastric cancer in Qinghai province and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of P-gp in 56 cases gastric cancer was detected by immunohistochemical staining(S-P),and was contrasted with the expression of P-gp in normal gastric tissue.Results The expression rate of P-gp in gastric cancer was significantly higher than in healthy gastric tissue(P<0.01);The expression rate of P-gp in poorly differentiated gastric cancer was significantly higher than in moderate differentiated and well differentiated gastric cancer(P<0.05);The over expression of P-gp was correlated to depth of invasion(P<0.05).Conclusion The over expression of P-gp was predominantly correlated to depth of invasion and the degree of cell differenitation.
