| 摘 要： | 日的探讨临床情景模拟训练对实习护生临床决策能力的影响。方珐对在我院实习的护理本科生163人进行临床决策能力测量，分层抽样抽出测量得分在70-80分段的81人，将其随机分为实验组与对照组。实验组在教学中增加临床情景模拟训练。结果实验组在培训3个月末的测试结果与入组前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；培训6个月末与人组前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。实验组在培训3、6个月末时的测试结果优于同期对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论牦床情景模拟训练在护理临床教学中的应用，可提高护生的护理临床决策能力水平。
