| 摘 要： | 勃起功能障碍(ED)的发病率随着年龄的增长而增高,基因治疗是近年来新兴的一种治疗方法,各种靶基因、不同的载体以及不同的治疗策略用于ED的基因治疗,均取得了一定的治疗效果。本文就老年性ED的基因治疗现状作一综述。 |
