| 摘 要： | 五运六气学说是《素问玄机原病式》中的重要内容,“六气皆从火化”、“五志过极皆为热甚”是其主要论点。如中风病因病机论、老年人阴虚阳实论等皆与火热有关,并提出了“降心火、益肾水”的论点,为温热病的治疗开辟了新的途径。

| Abstract: | The theory of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors is important content in etiology based on plain questions.The main academic viewpoint of the book are six climatic factors can become pathogenic fire and the five emotions become excess just because of pathogenic heat. It is pointed out that the theory of etiological factors and pathogenesis of apoplexy and deficiency of yin leading to yang excess in old people are related with pathogenic fire and heat. The theory of keeping the adverse heart-fire downwards and tonifying the kidney-water is put forward, and the new method to treat febrile disease is set up. |
