慢性肝炎病人血脂变化与病毒病原的关系

目的　探讨血脂的变化在慢性乙型肝炎和慢性丙型肝炎中的临床意义及其与细胞因子的关系。方法　采用酶法和ABC ELISA法对 4 5例慢性丙型肝炎患者与 5 0例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行了TC ,TG ,HDL C和TNF α ,IL 6的测定。结果　慢性丙肝患者与慢性乙肝患者相比较 ,血清平均TC水平显著降低 (t=2 0 6 2 ,P <0 0 5 )。在慢性丙肝患者中IL 6的水平与TG呈正相关 (r =0 878,P <0 0 5 ) ,与HDL C呈负相关 (r =- 0 837,P <0 0 5 ) ;而在慢性乙肝患者中 ,TNF α的水平与TG呈正相关 (r =0 779,P <0 0 5 ) ,与HDL -C呈负相关性 (r =0 6 92 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论　慢性肝炎患者的病原学类型是影响血清胆固醇水平的重要因素

Relationship Between the Change in Blood Lipid and Pathogenic Type of Chronic Hepatitis

Objective To discuss the clinical significance of blood lipid change in chronic hepatitis B and hepatitis C,and its relationship to cytokines.Methods Parameters,such as total cholesterol (TC),trglyccridc (TG),high dcnsity lipoprotcin C (HDL C),and turnornecrosis factor α(TNF α)and interleukin 6(IL 6),were detected respectively in 50 patients with chronic hepatitis B and in 45 ones with chronic hepatitis C.Results Serum TC level of chronic hepatitis C decreased significantly,when compared with that of clnonic hepatitis B( P <0.05).There was a positive correlation between Il 6 and TG level in chronic hepatitis C,while a negative correlation found between IL 6 and HDL C.In chronic hepatitis B,TNF α level correlated positively to TG level and negatively to HDL C.Conclusion It is deemed that the pathogenic type of chronic hepatitis be an important factor that has influence on blood lipid level.
