甲基纤维素在角膜穿孔虹膜脱出修复术的应用

目的：观察甲基纤维素在角膜穿孔伤并虹膜脱出修复术中的作用。方法：将甲基纤维素自原伤口或侧切口注入前房（0．1－0．2ml)靠其推压力使脱出的红膜复位，术中维持前房深度，减少虹膜色素脱失，恢复圆瞳孔，结果：39例均获一期修复。结论：在角膜穿孔伤并虹膜脱出修复术中应用甲基纤维素，使虹膜回纳顺利，有效改善术后虹膜粘连等并发症。

Application of methylcellulose in repair of corneal perforation combined with iridocele

Objective To evaluate the effects of methylcellulose in surgery of repairing corneal perforation combined with iridocele.Methods The pressure of anterior chamber was increased by infusing 0.1-0.2 ml methylcellulose through the corneal rupture or another lateral incision,during this procedure the pressure was under control to keep the depth of anterior chamber and reduce the lose of iridic pigment till the full reduction of iridodiastasis and pupil.Results Primary repair operation in all 39 cases succeeded.Conclusion Methylcellulose can be successfully and effectively applied in treatment of iridocele resulting by corneal perforation.The reduction of ridodiastasis was satisfactory without too much difficulties,and the occurrence of synechia was significantly decreased.
