江苏省医院信息系统建设的现状及对策

根据江苏省卫生厅组织对１４所医院信息系统建设情况的调研评估资料，结合作者十年来在医院管理领域开发和应用计算机的亲身体会，分析了目前江苏省医院计算机应用的现状，指出了存在的问题，对今后的发展提出了自己的一些见解和思路。

Hospital information system is shown to effectively assist departments, managers, professionals to: work in a cooperative manner in line with priorities decided on the basis of up - to - date information; jointly assess performance, evaluate on reform measure, clarify the extent to which the benefits have been achieved; avoid the risk of attempting to use oversimplistic methods to solve rather complex problems; manage medical services as very complicated undertaking often with a diversified market of providers; collect, receive, process, digest, utilize a tremendous amount of data, more than any human power is capable of doing for increasing benefits of hospital services.
