静脉补充钾、镁对充血性心力衰竭患者QT离散度的影响

目的　探讨静脉补充钾、镁缩小充血性心力衰竭患者复极离散度的临床疗效。方法　对 41例充血性心衰患者在常规抗心衰治疗基础上 ,加用门冬氨酸钾镁注射液。并以常规抗心衰的 38例作为对照组。两组在治疗前后均分别测定QT离散度、血钾、血镁。结果　治疗组于治疗后 QT离散度、血钾、血镁较治疗前明显改善 (P<0 .0 1) ,室性早搏明显减少。而对照组则无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论　表明在抗心衰治疗的同时静脉补充钾、镁 ,可明显改善复极离散度 ,减少室性心律失常的发生。

Effect of Vein Adding Potassium and Magnesium on QT Dispersion in Patients with Congestive Heart Failure

Objective To observe the curative effect of pot assium and magnesium as partate injection on the shortening repolarization dispersion in patients with c ongestive heart failure. Methods 79 patients were randomly divi ded into tow gro ups. The control group(38 cases) received routine therapy. The treatment group ( 41 cases) were given routine therapy and potassium and magnesium aspartate injec tion. QT dispersion, serum potassium and magnesium of the treatment group were v ery improved after therapy, and there were significant differences(P<0.01).In the control group, there was no difference between pre-treatment and post-treatment (P>0.05).The therapeutic effect was signif icantly different between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclu sion Postassium and magnesium aspartate injection is effective in the s hortening of repolarization dispersion and ventricular arrhythmia in patients wi th congestive heart failure.
