小切口单纯大汗腺破坏术治疗腋臭的临床观察

目的对小切口单纯大汗腺破坏术治疗腋臭的手术方法及治疗效果进行分析。方法收集2011年8月至2012年8月潍坊市人民医院美容整形科200例门诊手术治疗的腋臭病例，从临床角度进行了分析。结果经过小切口单纯大汗腺破坏术后，96．55％腋臭患者臭味消失，所有患者局部臭味均能显著减轻。有并发症的病例经恰当的处理均得到较满意的效果。结论小切口单纯大汗腺破坏术是治疗腋臭的有效方法，该法创口小，瘢痕不明显，但预防和处理术后并发症是该手术成功实施的关键。

Clinical Application of Small Incision Simple Large Sweat Gland Damage in Treating Bromhidrosis

Objective To analyze the surgical methods and therapeutic effects of bromhidrosis treated by the means of small inci- sion simple large sweat gland damage surgery. Methods 200 outpatient cases of surgical treatment of bromhidrosis from August 2011 to August 2012 in the department of plastic surgery of Weifang People＇s Hospital were coUected and analyzed clinically. Results The smell of 96. 55% patients disappeared and the partial smell of all the patients was improved significantly after the small incision surgery on simple large sweat gland. The cases with complications got satisfactorily treated. Conclusion The small incision surgery on simple large sweat gland is an effective way to treat bromhidrosis, with small wound and unobvious scar, but the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications is the key to the successful implementation of surgeries.
