盐酸米诺环素缓释剂对慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中 IL-6水平的影响

目的：研究盐酸米诺环素缓释剂对慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中IL-6水平的影响。方法选取2009年1月至2013年5月已被收治的160例慢性牙周炎患者，随机分为研究组（80例）和对照组（80例）两组，研究组在牙周袋内放人盐酸米诺环素缓释剂，对照组按常规剂量口服替硝唑，记录分析两组患者的临床疗效以及IL-6水平结果的差异有无统计学意义。结果治疗后和治疗前比较，研究组及对照组PLI、 BOP、 PD均降低，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。研究组和对照组比较，治疗前两组之间PLI、 BOP、 PD差异均无统计学意义（ P＞0.05），治疗后两组之间PLI、 BOP、 PD差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。治疗后和治疗前比较，研究组及对照组IL-6降低，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。研究组和对照组比较，治疗前两组之间IL-6差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05），治疗后两组之间IL-6差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论酸米诺环素缓释剂可以降低IL-6水平从而缓解慢性牙周炎患者炎性反应。

Impact of Minocycline Hydrochloride Sustained Release Agent on IL-6 in Gingival Sulcus Fluid of Patients with Chronic Periodontitis

Objective To study the impact of minocycline hydrochloride sustained-release agents on IL-6 level in gingival sul-cus fluid of patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods 160 patients with chronic periodontitis were selected, who received treatment in our hospital from January 2009 to May 2013.They were randomly divided into the study group （80 cases） and the control group （80 cases）;as for the study group, minocycline hydrochloride sustained-release agent was put in periodontal pockets and the control group received routine treatment with tinidazole .Different clinical efficacy got recorded and analyzed in terms of IL-6 levels of patients .Re-sults After treatment and before treatment, PLI, BOP, PD of the study group and the control group were both lower;the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）;differences of PLI, BOP, PD between the two groups before treatment were not statistically sig-nificant （P〈0.05）;after treatment, differences of PLI, BOP, PD in the two groups were statistically significant （P〉0.05 ）.It was discovered that IL-6 decreased for both the study group and the control group before treatment and after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （ 〈0.05 ） .-6 IL differences between the two groups was not statistically significant before treatment （ P〈0.05 ） , and -6 IL differences between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） .Conclusion Minocy-cline hydrochloride sustained-release agents can reduce the levels of IL-6 in order to alleviate the inflammatory response in patients with chronic periodontitis.
