颈椎牵引配合穴位敷贴治疗颈椎病的护理

摘    要:目的观察颈椎牵引配合穴位敷贴治疗颈椎病的疗效,并总结其护理方法。方法将我院2008年5月至2011年5月使用颈椎牵引配合穴位敷贴治疗的颈椎病患者156例随机分两组,对照组78例采用牵引治疗配合穴位敷贴治疗。观察组78例采用对照组治疗基础上增加护理治疗,统计两组有效率,总结其治疗效果和护理经验。结果观察组治愈率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,两组均未见严重不良反应。结论颈椎牵引配合穴位敷贴治疗颈椎病效果较好,但是对其的护理尤为重要,护理人员应加强这方面的意识。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effectiveness of cervical traction combined with acupoint application in treating cervical spondylopathy and to summarize the nursing methods. Methods 156 patients treated in our hospital from May 2008 to May 2011 by cervical traction combined with acupoint application were randomly divided into two groups, 78 cases in the control group trea- ted by cervical traction combined with acupoint application, and 78 cases in the observation group treated by additional nursing treat- ment. The effective rates in both groups were taken into account, meanwhile the treatment effect and the nursing experience were ana- lyzed. Results The cure rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statis- tically significant. No serious adverse reactions appeared among patients in the two groups. Conclusion Cervical traction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy proves to be a good therapeutic method, but the nursing is also par- ticularly important, which nursing staff should be aware of.
