深圳市级医院与社康中心患者诊疗前相关因素的比较

目的：比较深圳市市级医院和社康中心就诊患者的诊疗前相关因素。方法问卷调查的患者来自深圳市市级医院（3家,248人）和社康中心（9家,272人）,比较人口学特征,以及交通耗时、诊前等候时间、医疗机构选择原因等诊疗前因素。结果社康中心患者交通耗时〈30 min 的比例较市级医院大（97.8%比62.5%）,等候时间＆gt;30 min 的比例较市级医院小（5.5%比69.8%）。便利快捷是患者选择社康中心就诊的主要原因。市级医院患者中22.1%为转诊者；非转诊而直接到市级医院的患者中,11.3%因自觉病情重,40%以上因更信赖其医疗技术、设备、专家队伍。结论较多患者缺乏对社康中心的认同,舍近求远地就诊于市级医院。建议加大宣传,指引患者更多地利用社康中心医疗资源。

The Comparison of Factors Prior to clinical treatment of Patients from Municipal Hos-pitals and from Community Health Service Centers in Shenzhen

Objectives To compare factors prior to clinical treatment of patients from Shenzhen municipal hospi-tals and community health service centers （CHSCs）.Methods Patients involved in the questionnaire survey were from Shenzhen municipal hospitals （248 patients from 3 hospitals）and CHSCs （272 patients from 9 centers）.Factors prior to clinical treatment included demographic characteristics,traffic time,waiting time before treatment and reasons of choosing medical institutions.Results The proportion of patients who spent less than 30 minutes in traffic was larger at CHSCs than that at municipal hospitals （97.8% vs 62.5%）while in CHSCs less patients spent more than 30 minutes （5.5% vs 69.8%）in waiting before medical treatment.Patients chose CHSCs mainly for the convenience and time-saving.Only 22.1% patients in municipal hospitals were referred.Among non-referral patients who directly went to municipal hospitals,1 1.3% was due to self-aware severity of illness,and 40% purely tended to trust medical technology,equipment and specialists of municipal hospitals.Conclusions Many patients didn＇t trust CHSCs and tend to choose municipal hospitals instead of nearby CHSCs despite of the traffic time.It is suggested that more promotions be made and patients be guided to well utilize medical resources at CHSCs.
