中西医结合防治早期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果

摘    要:目的探讨中西医结合防治早期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法回顾性分析97例(186眼)早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者临床资料,44例(84眼)用中西医结合治疗,53例(102眼)单纯用西药治疗,通过视力、眼底检查及荧光素眼底血管造影观察评价疗效,对比中西医结合组与对照组的临床效果。结果中西医结合治疗的防止视力减退作用及保护、改善视网膜作用明显优于对照组。尤其对视网膜新生血管的形成抑制效果显著。结论中西医结合治疗能有效防止视网膜病变的发展,抑制视网膜新生血管的形成。

Abstract:Objective It is to approach the clinical efficacy of the treatment with integrated traditional and western medicine for early diabetic retinopathy(DR).Method The clinical data of 96 cases(186 eyes) with early DR were analyzed retrospectively,including 44 cases(84 eyes) treated with integrated traditional and western medicine(Group ITW) and 53 cases(102 eyes) treated with simplex Western drugs(Group SW).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated respectively by visual acuity,examination of fundus,fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) and compared each other.Results The clinical efficacy of Group ITW was evidently finer than Group SW in aspects of preventing visual acuity decrease,protecting or improving retina function,especially of suppression to the retinal neovascularization.Conclusion The treatment with integrated traditional and western medicine is an effective therapeutics for preventing of depravation of DR and for suppressing to the retinal neovascularization.
