| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨头孢菌素致双硫仑样反应的临床表现、治疗及预防要点.方法 对60例头孢菌素致双硫仑样反应患者的临床表现及治疗进行回顾性分析.结果 60例患者经积极的抢救治疗及完善的护理,均恢复良好,无1例死亡.结论 应用头孢菌素类药物后饮酒或使用含乙醇的药物、食品时可发生双硫仑样反应,应对患者进行相关知识的健康教育,不断提高患者健康的安全用药行为,防止不良反应的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations,the treatment and preventive characteristics of cephalosporin-induced disulfiram-like reactions.Methods The data of clinical manifestations and the treatment of 60 cases of cephalosporin-induced Disulfiram-like reactions were reviewed retrospectively.Results 60 cases of patients with positive treatment and comprehensive nursing care have recovered well,and there was no cases of death.Conclusion The application of cephalosporin after drinking alcohol or us... |
