系统性红斑狼疮患者白细胞糖皮质激素受体测定及其意义

目的 为了解系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者糖皮质激素受体(GCR)变化及其与糖皮质激素(GC)疗效关系。方法 用放免法测定患者血浆GC水平,用放射配体结合法测定其治疗前、后外周血白细胞GCR。结果 SLE患者GC水平正常而GCR明显降低;GCR相对高者(>2647.40位点/细胞),GC疗效较好,低于2151.35位点/细胞疗效较差。结论 GCR降低可能参与SLE的病理发生过程;GCR水平可指导GC用药及预测疗效。

Determination and significance of glucocorticoid receptor level of leukocytes inpatients with systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective To study the level of the glucocorticoid receptor (GCR) in patients with systemic lupus erythe-matosus (SLE) and its relationship with glucocorticoid (GC) clinical effect. Methods The concentration of plasma GC was measured by radioimmunoassay and level of peripheral leukocytes receptor by radio -ligand-binding-as-say in patients with SLE before and after treatment. Results The GC level was normal and the GCR level decreased significantly. Better therapeutic effect of GC in the SLE with higher GCR level O2647. 40 sites/cell) and worse effect in those with lower GCR level 151. 35 sites/cell) were found. Conclusion The decrease of GCR level probably plays some role in pathogenic process of SLE. GCR level may guide GC application and predict its therapeutic effect.
