摘    要:对43例维持性血液透析患者的营养状况进行评估与影响因素分析。方法 采用膳食分析、人体学测量和生化免疫测定,并对可能影响营养状况的常见因素进行分析。结果 血液透析患者的能量摄入,一些主要的人体学指标,生化和免疫指标均显著低于对照组。蛋白质和能量摄入、酸中毒及红细胞生成素对营养指标有影响。结论 血液透析患者中存在着营养不良,纠正有关的影响因素有助于改善患者的营养状况。

Abstract:To assess and analyze the nutritional status of 43 maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Diet history, anthropometric measurement, biochemical and immunological indices were used to assess the nutritional status of the patients. The common factors affecting nutritional status were studied. Results The intake of calorie, indices of anthropometry, biochemistry and immunology of the patients were significantly decreased in comparison with normal controls. The intake of protein and calorie, metabolic acidosis and erythropoietin affect the nutritional status of patients. Conclusion Most of hemodialysis patients are malnourished. Correction of the affecting factors is benefical to improvement of the nutritional status in hemodialysis patients.
