曲马多对吸脂术患者围术期的超前镇痛作用

 目的 观察吸脂术围术期口服曲马多缓释片的超前镇痛作用.方法 将择期行吸脂术患者40例随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组于术前60 min、术后6 h口服曲马多缓释片100 mg;对照组于相同时间仅口服葡萄糖酸钙0.1 g, 采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale, VAS)观测两组患者手术开始、结束及术后12 h的疼痛程度并记录分析受术者对镇痛效果的满意度.结果 两组受术者VAS评分,实验组:手术开始时为2.32±0.75,手术结束时为0.65±0.40,术后12 h为1.52±0.41;对照组: 手术开始时为4.95±1.36,手术结束时2.70±0.66,术后12 h 2.15±0.81.手术开始、结束及术后12 h实验组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 曲马多缓释片用于吸脂术围术期, 可明显减轻手术产生的疼痛, 延长镇痛时间,增加受术者对手术的满意度.

The role of oral tramadol in pre-emptive analgesia for liposuction

Objective To evaluate the effect of perioperative pre - eruptive analgesia by oral administration of tramadol compared with placebo during liposuction. Methods In a randomized double - blind prospective and comparative study, 40 female patients undergoing abdominal liposuction were randomly divided into two groups. Group A received oral tramadol of 100 mg 60 min before and 6 h after the operation ; while group B received oral calcium gluconate of 0. lg 60 min before and 6 h after the operation. Visual analogue scale （VAS）scores, satisfaction analogue scores and side -effects were assessed at the beginning and the end of the operation, and 12 h after operation. Results VAS scores and satisfaction analogue scores were significantly higher group A than in group B. Side - effects were of a mild nature in gYoup A and B. Conclusions Perioperation preemptive analgesia with oral tramadol provides effective and satisfactory analgesia, suitable for clinical practice.
