心力衰竭患者脑钠素水平与心功能的关系

【目的】研究慢性心力衰竭患者血清脑钠素(BNP)浓度与心功能的关系。方法用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定62例慢性心力衰竭患者及20名健康对照组血清BNP浓度,采用多普勒超声心动图测定左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD),观察BNP水平与LVEF、FS、LVEDD的相关性。结果心衰组血清BNP浓度较对照组明显增高(P<0.01),各心衰组BNP水平差异有统计学意义,且BNP水平随NYHA分级升高而升高。BNP水平与LVEF及FS呈负相关(r=-0.62,r=-0.59,P<0.01),与LVEDD呈正相关(r=0.67,P<0.01)。结论血清CNP浓度可作为反映心功能状态的指标,并与心脏结构有关。

Correlations between the level of brain natriuetic peptide and cardiac function in patients with heart failure

Objective To demonstrate the relations of the serume brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) concentration with cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure . Methods The serume brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) concentration were measured with ELISA methods in 62 heart failure patients and 20 healthy persons as control. Doppler echocardiography was performed to determine left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular fractional shortening(FS) and left ventricular end diastolic diameters (LVEDD).Observe the correlation of BNP with LVEF?FS?LVEDD. Results The serume BNP concentration was significantly increased in patients with chronic heart failure as compared with healthy subjects(P<0.01=,BNP levels were significantly increased in heart function classes according to NYHA. BNP concentration had a significant negative correlation with LVEF(r=-0.62, P<0.01=, FS(r=-0.59, P<0.01=and positively correlated with LVEDD in patients with heart failure(r=0.67, P<0.01=. Conclusion The serume BNP concentration was good marker used to reflect cardiac function and had a close relationship with left ventricular structure.
