| 摘 要： | 目的观察和评价针剌推拿治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效，并对患者股四头肌表面肌电进行分析。方法将80例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。治疗组采用针剌推拿配合康复训练治疗，对照组采用布洛芬缓释胶囊配合康复训练治疗，对两组治疗前后疼痛量表、疗效评定以及表面肌电进行评估。结果两组治疗后疼痛程度均明显减低，但两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组疗效评定显著改善，但两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组患者治疗后股四头肌表面肌电中位频率和平均频率改善程度有明显差异（P〈0．05）。结论针刺推拿治疗膝骨关节炎近期疗效优于口服布洛芬缓释胶囊，并可改善膝骨关节炎患者股四头肌疲劳程度。
