火针治疗压疮的实验报告

目的探讨火针治疗压疮的治疗效果。方法将72只小白鼠随机分为模型组、火针组、针刺组与理疗组，每组18只。建立褥疮模型，于建模后第2天开始治疗，分别于治疗后第3、7、10、15天取材送病理检测，观察不同时间组织形态学变化。结果火针组治疗次数少，愈合快，存活率达到100％。火针组实验后效果优于针刺组和理疗组，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论火针是治疗褥疮的有效方法。

Experimental Study of Fire Acupuncture Treatment for Decubitus Ulcer

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of fire acupuncture on decubitus ulcer. Methods Seventy-two mice were randomly allocated to： model, fire acupuncture, acupuncture and physiotherapy groups, 18 mice each. A model of decubitus ulcer was made. Treatment began from the second day after model making. The specimens were taken at 3, 7, 10 and 15 days after treatment and pathologically examined to observe the histomorphological changes of different times. Results There were a small number of treatments, quick healing and a survival rate of 100% in the fire acupuncture. The post-treatment effect was better in the fire acupuncture group than in the acupuncture and physiotherapy groups. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fire acupuncture is an effective way to treat decubitus ulcer.
