耳压配合针刺治疗中风后肝肾阴虚型抑郁临床观察

目的观察耳压配合针刺治疗中风后肝肾阴虚型抑郁的临床疗效。方法将60例中风后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,除接受常规治疗外,治疗组采用耳压配合针刺方法,对照组口服圣.约翰草提取物片。两组患者均在治疗前及治疗第4星期末各应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、中医证候量表进行评分,进行疗效评价。结果两组治疗前后HAMD、中医证候量表评分比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;两组疗效比较差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）。结论两组治疗均能降低HAMD、中医证候量表评分,耳压配合针刺治疗中风后肝肾阴虚型抑郁疗效与药物治疗相同。

Clinical Observations on the Efficacy of Auricular Point Plaster Therapy plus Acupuncture in Treating Post-stroke Depression of Liver-kidney Yin Deficiency Type

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of auricular point plaster therapy plus acupuncture in treating post-stroke depression of liver-kidney yin deficiency type.Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke depression were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,30 cases each.The treatment group received auricular point plaster therapy plus acupuncture as well as routine treatment.The control group was treated by Extract of St.John＇s Wort Tablet plus conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects were evaluated using the Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） and the TCM syndrome scale in the two groups before treatment and at the end of the fourth treatment week.Results There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the HAMD and TCM syndrome scale scores in both groups（P0.01）.There was no statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Both treatments can decrease the HAMD and TCM syndrome scale scores.The effect of auricular point plaster therapy plus acupuncture is the same as that of medication in treating post-stroke depression of liver-kidney yin deficiency type.
