| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针配合温针治疗致密性髂骨炎的临床疗效。方法将60例致密性髂骨炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用电针配合温针治疗,对照组采用单纯电针治疗,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为66.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论电针配合温针是一种治疗致密性髂骨炎的有效方法。
