针刺对绝经后骨质疏松患者骨密度及血清雌二醇的影响

目的观察疏肝健脾益肾针法治疗绝经后骨质疏松（PMOP）的临床疗效。方法将64例PMOP患者随机分为两组。观察组32例,予疏肝健脾益肾针法治疗,隔日1次,治疗45次;对照组32例,口服乐力胶囊,连续3个月。观察治疗前后患者的骨密度（BMD）、血清雌二醇（E2）的变化及临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为81.3%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后,观察组各部位的BMD明显提高（P〈0.05）,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后E2水平较治疗前明显提高（P〈0.01）,但组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论疏肝健脾益肾针法治疗PMOP疗效确切,是防治PMOP的有效方法。

Effect of Acupuncture on Bone Mineral Density and Serum Estradiol in Postmenopausal Osteoporosis Patients

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of liver-soothing and spleen-reinforcing acupuncture in treating postmenopausal osteoporosis（PMOP）.Methods Sixty-four PMOP patients were randomly allocated to two groups.The observation group of 32 cases was treated with liver-soothing and spleen-reinforcing acupuncture,once every other day,for 45 times and the control group of 32 cases,by oral administration of compound calcium amino acid chelate capsules,for 3 consecutive months.The clinical therapeutic effects and post-treatment changes in bone mineral density（BMD） and serum estradiol（E2） were examined in the patients.Results The total efficacy rate was 81.3% in the observation group;there was a statistically significant difference as compared with the control group（P0.05）.After treatment,BMD in different parts increased markedly in the observation group;there was a statistically significant difference as compared with the control group（P0.05）.E2 levels rose significantly in both groups after treatment（P0.05）,but there was no statistically significant difference between the groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Liver-soothing and spleen-reinforcing acupuncture has a definite therapeutic effect on PMOP and is an effective way to prevent and treat PMOP.
