| 摘 要： | 目的观察穴位注射红花注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴下肢麻木的临床疗效。方法将59例患者随机分成两组,分别为红花注射液穴位注射观察组（n=29）和0.9%葡萄糖注射液穴位注射对照组（n=30）。分别取单侧环跳穴注射红花注射液或0.9%葡萄糖注射液,治疗15次为1个治疗周期的治疗。观察两组首末次疗效评分。结果观察组总有效率达96.6%,对照组总有效率达36.7%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论腰椎间盘突出症采用红花注射液穴位注射治疗,总有效率优于0.9%葡萄糖注射液穴位注射。
