针刺治疗偏头痛疗效观察

目的观察针刺治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将68例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组33例。治疗组采用针刺治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,治疗2个疗程后对比疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.3%,对照组为43.8%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组患者治疗后各项头痛指标与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组治疗后各项头痛指标与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论针刺是治疗偏头痛一种有效的方法。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture on Migraine
