| 摘 要： | 目的观察透刺配合运动疗法治疗脑卒中后足内翻的临床疗效。方法将80例脑卒中后足内翻患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用透刺配合运动疗法治疗,对照组采用单纯运动疗法治疗,治疗3个疗程后,分别对两组疗效进行评价和统计学分析。结果两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且治疗组治疗前后步行能力分级变化优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论透刺配合运动疗法是治疗脑卒中后足内翻一种有效的方法。
