摘    要:目的观察针刺对糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效和对炎性细胞因子超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法将60例糖尿病周围神经病变的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。在糖尿病基础治疗的同时,对照组加用甲钴胺,治疗组加针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后临床症状、运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度的改变以及hs-CRP的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为90%,高于对照组的60%(P〈0.05);治疗后神经传导速度明显提高(P〈0.01),hs-CRP明显下降(P〈0.01)。结论针刺治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变有很好的疗效,并能降低hs-CRP水平。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and its influence on inflammatory cytokine-hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).Methods Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups.In addition to basic treatment for diabetes,Mecobalamin was given to the control group and acupuncture,to the treatment group.The clinical symptoms,motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity,and hs-CRP were examined in the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 90% in the treatment group,which was higher than 60% in the control group(P0.05).Nerve conduction velocity increased markedly(P0.01) and hs-CRP decreased significantly after treatment(P0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and can lower hs-CRP levels.
